Drop and Give Me Zen!
Yoga Schedule for Bayfront and Museum Parks
Bayfront and Museum Parks have a yoga schedule that offers a variety of classes for all yogis to enjoy! Held outdoors by the bay, these classes offer a unique atmosphere to relax, breathe and stretch together. All participants must be at least 18 years old and sign a waiver. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis and the instructor will determine when the class is "full." Everyone must bring their own yoga mat, water and towel.
The classes have been featured by NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams, Fox Sports Network, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, Delta Sky Magazine, Celebrated Living (in flight magazine for American Airlines) and Vues d’Ailleurs (in flight magazine for French airline Corsairfly). They have also been listed as "Best Of” by Miami New Times.
