Live Nation, which last year entered into an agreement with the City of Miami and the
Bayfront Park Management Trust to operate, manage and exclusively book Miami’s 6,500
capacity Bayfront Park Amphitheater, announced the Grand Reopening of one of the country’s most beautiful outdoor venues.

Live Nation has provided the facility with a multi-million dollar renovation
that makes it totally functional for top touring concerts and other productions. Included
among the changes are: permanent reserved seats; new, beautiful, picturesque sightlines
to Biscayne Bay; creating a new superior roof structure and adding state-of-the-art
production capabilities; VIP boxes with table service and VIP parking; permanent
new restroom facilities; expanded concessions and more.

The Grand Reopening Celebration took place on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 with a concert
by Counting Crows and special guests Michael Franti & Spearhead and Augustana.
The venue also hosted an Incubus concert on Sunday, August 16.
